Mr. Nishant Awana’s practice broadly covers Banking Laws, Service matters, Corporate & Commercial law, Employment (Including Industrial disputes and workmen compensations) disputes, Consumer Protection Laws, Criminal Law, Civil Laws and Arbitration laws.
Mr. Nishant Awana completed his B.A., LL. B. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow
Mr. Awana commenced his legal pursuits as an Associate with ACM Legal Advocates, a Delhi based law firm and thereafter, owing to his commitment and hard work, he was first promoted as Senior Associate and thereafter an Associate Partner with ACM Legal Advocates.
Mr. Awana also handles IPR litigation such as John Doe suits litigation before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi for infringement of Trade Marks, Broadcasting rights, etc. He has dealt and handled numerous matters in the field of Banking Law, Insurance Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Insecticides Act, 1968, Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act (PNGRB), 2006, Central Excise Act, 1944, Electricity Act, 2003, TRAI Act, 1997 before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi High Court, various district Courts, and Arbitral Tribunal.
Mr. Awana, besides several other important cases, was instrumentally involved in a case which involved property law and Portuguese Civil Code (which is applicable in the State of Goa) titled as Syscon Consultants Private Limited vs Primella Sanitary Products Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. (2016) 10 SCC 353, before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
During his academic tenure, he was associated with Karanjawala & Co., New Delhi and also got an opportunity to work under the able guidance of Hon’ble Dr. Justice B.S. Chauhan, Judge, Supreme Court of India. He also have international exposure in dealing with Arbitrations while working with Kuala Lumpur Centre for Regional Arbitration, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Further, Mr. Awana has drafted and presented research papers on various social and financial issues. The topics of some of these research papers are “Combating Child Pornography and Cyber abuse”, “Natural Resources as a Path for Pro-Poor Growth: Analyzing the Political and Economical Intricacies”, “Bhopal Gas Disaster and Law: National and International Perspective”, etc.
Mr. Vibhav Chandra is well versed in commercial, consumer, property, criminal, labour and employment (including Industrial disputes and workmen compensations) disputes through litigation both at original side and appellate stage. Apart from this, he also handles intellectual property related work and cyber law disputes.
Mr. Vibhav is instrumentally involved in assisting clients in drafting and vetting an array of agreements and commercial contracts. Mr. Vibhav has expertise in drafting and vetting of contracts / agreements / deeds executed for various types of transactions including availing credit facilities from financial institutions.
During his academic tenure, he has been associated with Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, Intellective Law Offices, New Delhi and he also got an opportunity to intern under an Additional Public Prosecutor, Lucknow.

Ms. Mansi Khubbar is a graduate from Delhi University and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a first-class degree in Law from Campus law Centre, Delhi University and is an MBA too. She has written various articles relating to company law matters and is currently serving as Chairperson of Noida Chapter of ICSI.
Her expertise lies in the field of Corporate Law matters. Her work domain includes advisory and consultancy in the area of Company Secretarial matters, SEBI and related matters.
Ms. Mansi was associated with Vineet K. Chaudhary & Co. as an Associate for over two years. She has a total experience of 6 years in the field of corporate consultancy. Her area of interest includes corporate consultancy and advisory, drafting of agreements, handling litigation & liasoning matters with the Government authorities etc. and have experience in handling clients like HCL, PWC, E&Y, Turner and other which also include numerous multinational Companies.
Mr. Sharma has a legal background with Independent Practice as an Advocate dealing in all legal matters majorly in Madhya Pradesh High Court (Jabalpur and Indore Bench), National Green Tribunal, Consumer Courts in Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal
District Courts, Motor Accident Claim Cases, Private Arbitration, Arbitration Tribunal, MP Revenue Board, etc. He possess experience as an Intern while working with leading firms of the country.
Mr. Sharma is a persuasive Individual possessing good communication skills and drafting skills.
Ashutosh is a law graduate from K.L.E. Society’s Law College, Bengaluru. Ashutosh has so far completed his internship while working with leading firms and advocates in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Karnataka High Court (Bangalore Bench), various District Courts at Delhi, Bangalore, Lucknow and Kanpur. Also he has an experience in working in Law Firms like Kamath and Kamath, Bengaluru, etc.
Ashutosh is a fresher in the profession and has great zeal and enthusiasm for litigation.
Ashutosh during his internship has worked on various subject matters related to Family Law, Property Law, Indirect Tax Laws and Constitutional Law.
