Ms. Mansi Khubbar is a graduate from Delhi University and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a first-class degree in Law from Campus Law Centre (CLC), Delhi University and is an MBA too. She has written various articles relating to company law matters and is currently serving as Chairperson of Noida Chapter of ICSI.

Ms. Khubbar advises and deals with end to end contract management including drafting, reviewing and vetting of all commercial contracts, technology contracts, IP agreements, and general advisory. Her expertise lies in the field of Corporate Law matters. Her work domain includes advisory and consultancy in the area of Company Secretarial matters, SEBI and related matters.

Ms. Mansi was associated with Vineet K. Chaudhary & Co. as an Associate for over two years. She has a total experience of 6 years in the field of corporate consultancy. Her area of interest includes corporate consultancy and advisory, drafting of agreements, handling litigation & liasoning matters with the Government authorities etc. and have experience in handling clients like HCL, PWC, E&Y, Turner and other which also include numerous multinational Companies.
